I sent a message to Jose and told him what’s needed to be done. He just asked me to take a picture gave me a VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE and that was it!! He came in on time, did the work, cleaned the area and left with a very satisfied customer! If you’re looking for a tree service provider, you’ve got to call Jose! Servin Tree Service came out to trim a large tree in my backyard, which had branches threatening the power line to my home in the Alief area. He came out to access the situation and was very flexible (and affordable) on the pricing. On the day of the service, he showed up on time and got to work right away. He and his team were very professional. They did a wonderful job. I have a tree in my front yard that will need trimming soon, and I will reach out to Servin Tree Service again because I know I can trust their work. I highly recommend them for anyone's tree care needs.

I'm very happy with how my tree looks and way they worked throughout the project. They were very careful to avoid damage from falling limbs, especially over my roof. They lowered large chunks carefully with ropes. Then the cleanup was excellent. My yard looked better after they were done than it did before they got there.

They were professional and communicative from start to finish. I appreciated how they showed us proof of insurance and helped us understand which trees needed to be removed and why they needed to be removed. They covered our pool to make sure no debris went into the pool, and cleaned up everything when they were done. They were the best value out of the 5 or 6 places I called. I have been a Servin’s Tree Care for a number years now and have never been dissatisfied. Jose always provides exceptional service and is prompt and professional. The project is discussed before work begins and Jose is very clear with advice and suggestions. If a project is complete when I am away from home, he always sends photos of the completed work. I contacted Servin's Tree Care for an estimate and he was able to come the very next day to give me a quote. He inspected my trees and gave me an estimate for a tree removal and a tree trimming that was very reasonable. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of the appointment him and his men were punctual, worked quickly, and hauled away the tree waste. I would definitely hire this company again.

I had a tree that was hit by lightening months ago. A family member assured me that I had plenty of time to get it cut down. Turns out the tree died FAST!! On Thursday, October 28, 2021, Houston had super high winds that took down a lot of trees and knocked out power. I promised myself then and there that I would move forward with getting estimates to have the tree removed. Servin's Tree Care was recommended to me by a colleague. They provided the fastest and most-economical estimate for the tree removal and stump grinding. They scheduled our tree removal for the following Monday, November 1st. They had a crew of three and artfully removed the tree without incident within four hours. A neighbor of mine had a tree in very close proximity removed (the stump remains) and it took that company two full days to remove and they dropped all kind of debris onto my roof and carport. Mr. Servin runs an excellent tree care business and I intend to use him for all my tree needs in the future and have already started recommending him to family and friends. When he first came over to assess the tree, he told us in detail what he thinks was needed for the job and offered a very reasonable estimate. We had 2 large Mulberry trees that were pretty rotten, and were becoming a safety issue. We had Servins Tree Care come out and take a look at them, and they confirmed that we should remove them. They were very professional, and safety conscious. As a contractor I have worked with/around other tree care companies , most of them very good, but I haven’t seen many that are as respectful, courteous, efficient, and professional as Servins Tree Care. Their prices are affordable, and their character is trustworthy. Highly recommend them, and will be using them as needed in the future.

Jose Servin’s and his crew had a huge job ahead of them when I called them to remove a very tall pine tree. I was SHOCKED at their precision, team work and professionalism. Not only did they have to take out a huge pine tree out (lightening struck the tree and it died) but they also had to be careful to miss my neighbor’s house next door. Jose's team was on-time, careful about the work they did, did a great job on a 50+ year old pecan tree and an oak tree that's about the same age. They removed a few branches that needed it and then trimmed all around. This was not only good for the tree, but needed to dead or nearly dead limbs won't fall on our roof during high winds. I know our grass will also do better with improved sunlight. Great job from Servin's Tree Care!

Jose was quick to respond to my request. He came out promptly to access and give me a quote on the work that I wanted to get done. His quote was reasonable for the amount of work. We set a date to get it done. I had to change the date and he was agreeable to reschedule and on that date he was on time early with his crew. The work was done in a short amount of time. They cleared all the overgrown junk trees, trimmed trees and then cleared all the debris and hauled it away. When they finished I could actually see all the fence and the entire yard. Jose and his crew did an excellent job on trimming our oak tree in front of our house. He was very responsive and communicative prior to coming out. He was honest in his answers when we asked to trim more limbs of the tree. Yes he could’ve did what we asked for and charged us more but he gave us his thoughts on why we shouldn’t trim certain branches. The cleanup after all the trimmings was done was superb. I was joking that the raking and cleaning was better than what I usually do myself.

From start to finish, Servin Tree Care provided a very professional, customer oriented process! Jose came out to give me a quote, offered his recommendations and delivered a very reasonable quote later that day via email. He and his crew arrived on time on the designated day and he began by confirming the details upon which the quote was based. They moved patio furniture out of the way and replaced it later. They worked hard, provided the agreed upon service and left the yards clean. Thank you so much to Jose and Servins Tree Care! Great service and I will use again!

Jose responded quickly when I requested a quote for a large branch holding on for dear life. He and his guys came by later that week and took care of it and some much needed thinning in a matter of hours. They have suggestions for future service but didn’t push adding on to that days job. Great team and even blew off the porch before heading out. Give Jose a call next time your trees need a haircut!

Overall, I had a great experience working with Servin’s Tree Care. I received a very fast response when I submitted an inquiry for a price quote. Jose came to my home the same day to discuss my needs and provide a price quote. Jose took the time to understand what I wanted done and he even offered suggestions for how to better balance out my tree. In addition, the team was punctual on the day the work was scheduled. Also, I am very happy that they cleaned up all of the loose branches once they were done with trimming the tree.

These guys are great I got same day service affordable pricing, dangerous tall dead tree removed from my back yard in a tight space, now my backyad is safe for my kids again! Recommended!

I can't say enough good about this company. They were not only the best price and very responsive and profession. Stayed in contact at all times and confirmed everything in advance. Very rare to have good communication even with todays technology. Showed up on time or before and did a spectacular job. I had tree trimmed and one taken out and the stump ground. They even took care of the roots that were above ground away from the tree - even got some extra branches from neighbors tree limbs hitting my chimney! Service Service Service!

Jose gave me a great quote on tree trimming and pruning, completed the job when promised, cleaned up, hauled the debris and even dealt with two of my cranky neighbors. They run a well established operation. Had proof of insurance as requested with the quote, showed up properly geared with safety, did not make a lot of unnecessary yelling and noise. Worked the entire time besides a lunch break (could hear the saws). Jose and his crew were true professionals. Communication and coordination given the weather and my specific requests were top notch and pleasantly so. Sales/bid visit was best in class among other providers with over 100 reviews in 5-star category, he won't just tell you what he will do, he will point out exact branches and areas he will clear out in a way you cannot possibly misunderstand. They cared for my property and respected me and the property, as well as my neighbors' properties. They went out and put a tarp in the neighbor's property to prevent leaves and debris from making a mess by the pool and in the pool. Jose also accommodated all my other little requests and I am truly grateful to have found him and his company to do business with in the future! And all this while literally beating the competition pricing in some cases by a whole lot of difference. And the work they did was very clean and followed all proper previous agreements about various plants and trees to a t. My yard is so much brighter now than it was before, maybe we can get new grass going again!

Servin's Tree Care: Jose and his co-workers were at my residential place yesterday (06/28/2022) to get a tree cut down and left me so impressed and beyond my expectation as to how they handled everything, from the beginning to the end to complete the task in such a professional, friendly, and safe manner. They contacted me before they arrived, made it even ahead of time, cut the tree down as discussed, cleaned up the area as good as new (did even more than I expected), and did all these within an hour and left me amazed. They did all these at a very fair and competitive cost and I could not be more happier than this; a highly recommendable tree care service company and that's saying the least.
